Your Guide to Booking at SKNN Clinic Bangkok
Thinking about booking your first appointment at SKNN, or planning your next visit? This guide covers everything you need to know, from how to book and what to expect on the day, to how to prepare your skin for the best possible results.
When Can You Book?
We’re open seven days a week. Here’s how our schedule is structured:
Doctor Appointment Days: Monday to Saturday
Doctor appointments are available six days a week, Monday through Saturday, covering all injectable treatments, bio-stimulators, device-based procedures, and skin treatments. Limited facial slots are also available on these days, so let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to add one.
Sunday: Facial & IV Drip Services Only
Sunday is dedicated to non-injectable services. It’s a great day to book a facial or IV drip at a relaxed pace. Facials and IV Drips are available every day of the week, including Sunday.
How to Book
There are several ways to secure your appointment:
• Online: Book directly at our dedicated booking website here and confirm your slot instantly.
• WhatsApp / Line: Message us on WhatsApp or Line at @sknnclinicbkk and our team will help you find the right time.
• Phone: Call us on +66 81 263 6536 and we’ll book you in over the phone.
• Walk-ins: Walk-ins are welcome, though availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly for doctor appointments. Booking ahead is always the safest option.
Appointments fill up quickly, so we recommend booking ahead, especially if you have a specific date or treatment in mind.
Your Consultation
All doctor-led treatments, including injectables, bio-stimulators, and device-based procedures, begin with a consultation with one of our doctors. They will assess your skin, discuss your goals, review your medical history, and put together a personalised treatment plan.
For facial treatments, consultations are led by our expert Branch Manager and therapists, who are best placed to guide you on the right options for your skin.
Whichever service you’re booking, feel free to come with questions, reference photos, or simply an open mind. We’ll take it from there.
Preparing for Your Visit
A little preparation goes a long way. Here’s what to keep in mind before your appointment:
Bring a Valid Photo ID
Photo ID is required at every appointment, including for returning clients. A passport, national ID card, or driving licence are all accepted. Please make sure you have this with you before you arrive.
Pause Retinol & Active Skincare
If you use retinol, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, or other active ingredients, we recommend pausing these at least 3 to 5 days before your appointment. Actives can increase skin sensitivity and affect how your skin responds to treatment. If you’re unsure about a specific product, just ask us when you book.
No Need to Skip Make-Up
You’re welcome to arrive wearing make-up. We cleanse your skin thoroughly as part of the treatment process, so there’s no need to come in bare-faced. That said, arriving with clean skin is always a welcome head start.
Stay Hydrated
Well-hydrated skin responds better to most treatments. In the day or two before your appointment, drink plenty of water and keep your skin moisturised. This is especially helpful ahead of injectables or IV drips.
Avoid Alcohol Before Injectables
If you’re booked in for Botox, fillers, or any injectable treatment, please avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours beforehand. Alcohol thins the blood and increases the likelihood of bruising.
Getting to SKNN Clinic
We’re located at GM Height, Sukhumvit Soi 22, directly opposite Emsphere Mall (Gourmet Market entrance).
• By BTS / MRT: The nearest BTS stations are Phrom Phong and Asok. The closest MRT station is Sukhumvit. We’re approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the exits.
• By Car / Grab: Drop-off is directly outside the clinic. Parking is available at the front of the building.
We recommend building in extra travel time if you’re coming by car. Bangkok traffic can be unpredictable!
